At Balanced Bite Collective, we value your time, trust, and commitment to your wellness journey. Our goal is to provide supportive, personalized nutrition coaching that helps you build sustainable habits and feel confident in your everyday nutrition choices. Please review our refund policy before purchasing any services. 

 

1. Initial Consultations

All initial nutrition coaching consultations are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. 

 

2. Individual Coaching Sessions

Payments for completed nutrition coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

3. Packages and Extended Coaching 

If you purchase a coaching package or extended nutrition routine service, refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund issued will account for services already provided and any applicable non-refundable fees disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations and Resceduling 

We understand that life happens! Clients may request to reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

5. Business Cancellations

If Balanced Bite Collective must cancel an appointment and cannot provide a suitable rescheduling option, you will be offered a refund for the affected session or another mutually agreed-upon solution.

6. How to Request a Refund

To inquire about a refund, please contact Balanced Bite Collective using the contact information provided on our website. Please include your name, the service purchased, the appointment date, and the reason for your request. Refund requests will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible.

7. Policy Updates 

Balanced Bite Collective reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at the time of purchase.
